Andrew Meshkov Andrew, 35, brings over 15 years of development and executive management experience on large e-business projects, leading multi-national teams across several departments comprising over 30 engineers. As Director of Client Integration for w-Technologies, Inc., Andrew was responsible for the delivery of the integration solutions and professional services for several fortune 500 clients where he managed 12 project managers and a team of 30 developers in New York and St. Petersburg, Russia. Key customer accomplishments included delivery of wireless commerce systems for Merrill Lynch, Dreyfus, Fleet Securities, GE Capital, Scottrade, FedEx, First Union, Lehman Brothers, and Fidelity Investments. Significant accomplishments included fostering the growth of the Russian development organization to permit development of client solutions at 25% of original projected cost; creating and managing the QA department for client solutions the core product itself; designing and development of wireless applications on both server side and wireless devices side (Palm OS, RIM pagers, WinCE, EPOC); and participated in the creation of the first-ever wireless trading system back in February 1998. Additional experience included but not limited to Chief Architect in Russia-Kazakh joint venture, as well as Associate Professor in St. Petersburg University. Andrew has also been published on numerous occasions starting as early as 1993. James B. Dow James, 37, brings over 11 years of executive management experience to ByelaTech, with demonstrated leadership skills, technical infrastructure and operational efficiency experience and extensive international experience. Most recently, James was Vice President, Field Operations for w-Technologies, Inc., a wireless platform provider, where he was responsible for an 80-person team representing all facets of technology operations: Core product development, management of all professional services customer activity, and management of the Firms Application Service Provider (ASP) business. Significant accomplishments included the creation and management of 30-person, multi-country Professional Services Division for the provision of wireless technology solutions to enterprise customers in multiple vertical industries, producing $0.5MM per calendar quarter revenue for the firm. Streamlined operations, reduced staff by 18% and expense base by 21% without service level impact. Provided senior technology leadership for pre- and post-sales activity, in addition to supporting product development efforts. Teamed with Marketing and Sales organizations to continue definition and development of core platform product to maintain development schedules while incorporating market-sensitive enhancements. Key customer accomplishments included delivery of wireless commerce systems for FedEx, First Union, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, and Fidelity Investments.
